Use your browser to visit the Supersync website

  • In the Enter your tenant ID form, type in admin
  • Click Continue

  • In the Sign in form, type in your Supersync admin email address
  • Click Continue

  • Go to your email inbox
  • Open email with subject Sign in to SuperSync
  • Click on the Sign in button in the email body
  • You are now logged in as a Supersync admin
